FAQ

1. How long does shipping take to the USA?
We typically process orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location and carrier:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (Available at checkout): 2-5 business days
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates.

2. What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order (tablecloths can be larger/heavier). We offer free standard shipping on orders over [e.g., $50] within the contiguous USA.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.

4. What materials are your products made of?

  • Aprons: Commonly made from cotton, polyester, canvas, or blends. Some may have waterproof coatings.

  • Heat Insulation Gloves/Mitts: Typically made from silicone, padded cotton, or other heat-resistant fabrics. Always check the maximum temperature rating.

  • Dining Table Cloths: Made from a variety of materials including polyester, cotton, vinyl, and lace, each suited for different occasions (casual, formal, waterproof).
Please check individual product descriptions for specific material details, care instructions, and safety ratings.

5. How do I care for and clean my items?

  • Aprons & Tablecloths: Most are machine washable. Check care labels for temperature settings. Pre-treat stains before washing. For formal or delicate fabrics (like lace), hand washing or dry cleaning may be recommended.

  • Heat Insulation Gloves: Follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully. Most fabric mitts can be spot-cleaned or hand-washed. Silicone mitts can often be wiped clean or washed in warm soapy water. Never put heat-resistant gloves with internal insulation in the washing machine unless specified as safe to do so, as it can ruin their protective qualities.

  • General Tip: Always check the product-specific care label before first use.

6. Are your heat-resistant gloves oven-safe?
Our heat insulation gloves and mitts are designed for specific maximum temperatures (e.g., up to 450°F / 232°C or 500°F / 260°C), which is always stated in the product description. They are for handling hot cookware, not for direct, prolonged contact with open flames or oven heating elements. Always check the temperature rating before use and follow all safety instructions.

7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other secure digital payment methods.
