Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your kitchen and dining essentials. If you are not, please review our policy below.

1. Return & Exchange Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for items in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "As-Is."

  • Any product that has been used, worn, washed, or altered. This is strictly enforced for items like heat insulation gloves (which can show invisible wear from heat exposure), aprons, and tablecloths that have been unpackaged, cut, or placed on a table.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse (e.g., using oven mitts for purposes other than their intended heat protection, causing stains on aprons or tablecloths).

3. Return Process

  • To Initiate: Contact our customer service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA may not be accepted.

  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging or a suitable substitute to prevent damage.

  • Shipping & Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection. We are not liable for return packages lost in transit.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or pattern, please follow the return process above. Once your return is received and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos or videos clearly showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or prepaid return label as appropriate.
